Captain Sacha Khamnei (right) is a 10,000 hour airline pilot and TRI who has spent the last 15 years working in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Sacha has held various management positions throughout his career.

Captain Paul Weston-Jones (left) is a 15,000 hour airline pilot and TRI who has spent more than 25 years working in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Paul has previously served as a TRE and Deputy Chief Pilot for a major Middle Eastern airline.

Kenny has had a fascinating career spanning Navy helicopters civil aviation and has also lived and worked extensively in Europe the Middle East and Asia. He has spent many years delivering CRM and human factors training both in and outside of the aviation industry.
